On this trip you have the opportunity to get acquainted with the most ancient tombs of Egypt. From the end of the IV millennium BC. e. The pharaohs of Egypt were buried in mastabas – truncated pyramids. These were small structures made of stones, fastened together with clay mortar. Later, the first pyramid was built in Ancient Egypt under the founder of the III dynasty, Pharaoh Djoser. Tomb of Djoser (located in Saqqara – 20 km south of Cairo) on the site where the cemetery of the first capital of Egyptian history, Memphis, was located. The architecture of the tombs in ancient Egypt developed step by step, and during the 4th Dynasties, the largest pyramids in the history of mankind, the Pyramids of Giza, appeared.

After breakfast at the hotel, at 8.00 we will take you to one of the wonders of the world, the Pyramids of Giza. Three pyramids: Cheops, Khafre and the last, Menkaure. then visit the valley temple of King Khafre, where the priests mummified his body after death, . It is also the same place where you can see the legendary Sphinx - one of the most memorable sights - which stands by the valley temple of King Khafre with its lion body and the head of King Khafre. After that we will take you to the Saqqara tombs and you will see the step pyramid of King Djoser and the tomb of his wife. At the end of this part of the tour, you will have lunch at one of the local oriental restaurants. Next - a visit to the old capital of Egypt - Memphis and the monument to King Ramses II. You will also (if you wish) visit the papyrus museum, where they will tell you and show you how papyrus was made in ancient times and also a factory of aromas and oils. At the end of the program, we will take you to the hotel.
